Dad Got A Good Report

Saturday, I went over and stayed with Dad. He was doing okay after his hernia surgery but moving very slow. Yesterday, he went for his one week exam with the surgeon and got a good report. All is okay. I'm sure he would tell you that hernia surgery is much more painful than they lead you to believe. But I anticipate that he will be feeling much better soon and we will have to work hard at enforcing the "no-lifting and no-driving for six weeks" instructions.
